1. No Returns or Refunds on Customized Products

All products sold on https://uphaarstore.com are customized or personalized according to customer specifications.

Therefore:

  • Returns are not accepted
  • Refunds are not provided
  • Exchanges are not allowed

once the order has been confirmed and processed.

Since each item is created uniquely for the customer, it cannot be resold or reused.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once production of the customized product has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • A wrong item

you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please send the following details to our email:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same product, or

4. Incorrect Customization Submitted by Customer

If the customer provides:

  • Wrong spelling
  • Incorrect photo
  • Incorrect customization details

Uphaar Store will not be responsible for such errors and the order will not qualify for refund or replacement.

5. Delivery Issues

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailable at delivery location

additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
